A Visit to the Park
A major feature of this park is the bird life, and the rhino sanctuary provides the opportunity to see the greatly endangered black rhino. Boasting over 450 bird species, Lake Nakuru Park sets the stage for a definitely incredible time at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. Marvel at the serenity of the wild atop Baboon cliff as you sample the best cocktail blends, or dine under the acacia trees with an amazing view of the pink rimmed lake.
Lake Nakuru is also a sanctuary to the greatly endangered Black Rhino. Colobus monkeys keep you busy with their mind games, and the park is home to plenty of other game including Zebras and waterbucks. At certain times of the year you can witness the mirage of soft pink flamingos sifting food from the shimmering soda lake – it’s a spectacle to behold!
