This park is highly visited by both local and non-resident tourists. This tour will leave you with a lifetime of memories. You will be picked up from your hotel by one of our representatives who will brief you on the tour and answer some of the questions you will be having in regards to your tour.
Highlights
- Nanyuki → Forest Edge Camp (or similar). A gentle walk-in through the forest.
- Forest Edge → Burguret Camp. A tougher day trekking deeper into the wilderness, crossing streams and muddy terrain.
- Burguret Camp → Upper Burguret Camp → Road Head Camp. Ascending out of the forest into the high moorland with stunning views.
- Road Head Camp → Shiptons Camp (4,300m). A high-altitude trek across the Mackinder Valley to acclimatize.
- Summit Day! Pre-dawn ascent to Point Lenana (4,985m) for sunrise, then descend to Old Moses Camp or directly out.
- Exit to Park Gate and transfer back to Nanyuki/Nairobi.
